No. Registering your interest and receiving introductions is free. If you end up purchasing a property through a Buyer’s Agent we introduce you to, they may charge a professional fee, which will always be disclosed upfront.
How is my privacy protected as a seller?
Your property is never “advertised.” Only registered, vetted property professionals with active, matching buyers are given access to your property details.
What areas do you cover?
Exclusively the Gold Coast. From the NSW border at Coolangatta up to the northern corridors of Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove.
What if I just want to see what my house is worth?
That is exactly what our platform allows. You can list your property with a “make me move” price. If a professional buyer’s agent has a client at that level, we make the introduction. If not, your privacy remains intact and you’ve spent $0.
How do I know the buyers are serious?
